How do I book an appointment?

Appointments can be booked online 24/7 through our online booking system or by calling the salon during business hours. If you're unsure what service to book, we'd be happy to help guide you to the right appointment.

Do you accept walk-ins?

We welcome walk-ins when availability allows, but appointments are highly recommended to ensure we can accommodate your preferred stylist and service.

Why do you require a credit card on file?

A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment time. Your card is securely stored and helps us protect the time reserved specifically for you.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

What happens if I'm running late?

Please call us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate you, but depending on the timing and your scheduled services, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other guests.
