When booking a service with us, we require a valid credit card to be held on file in order to hold your appointment time. Please note, no charges will be made to that card unless appointment is "no showed" or cancelled outside of our cancelation window. Please see cancelation policy below.

cancelation policy -​

As a courtesy, we offer convenient confirmations of your appointment prior to your scheduled service. When you reserve an appointment, our team is committed to serving you during that allotted time. We are often unable to service to another guest due to our prior commitment to you. We require a 24 hour notice before canceling your appointment. If you cancel with insufficient notice,  you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. If you do not show for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled appointment.

Please arrive prior to your appointment time. If you are going to arrive later then your scheduled time, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time available for your desired service. It will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. If you arrive more then 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may ask that you reschedule your appointment and enforce the cancelation policy.

We understand life happens and certain situations lead to last minute schedule changes, all we ask is that you're respectful of our livlihood and our other guests needs.

payments, gratuity & gift cards -

Payments are accepted in the form of cash, credit/debit cards, and check. 
​
MC Salon gift cards may be used to purchase products and services. Our gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the gift card.
